On Wednesday, October 8th, come in for this awesome Wine Maker Dinner! We'll be chatting with Mike Lucia, the owner/operator and wine maker for Root Down Wines and tasting through his awesome lineup. Irreverant, hip, essoteric, and most of all, DELICIOUS: Rootdown Wines offer a wide range of unique offerings that go great with food and taste amazing by themselves. We'll be showcasing these new offerings from the makers of Es Okay Red and White Wines. 

We will be cooking up the following menu:

1.) Top Sirloin Chimichurri

2.) Baja Fish Tacos with Spicy Slaw

3.) Fried Rice with Sweet-Thai-Chili Soy Glazed Pork

4.) Oil Spongecake with Whipped Creme Anglaise and Jam Berry Sauce

Sommeliers Elise Vaux and Kyle Foote have put together a collection of wineries with some interesting backstories. These long-lived properties have some delightfully spooky histories and we'll be sharing their wonderful tales of suspense with you, our most esteemed guests. Dine in rapt anticipation as we regale you with the harrowing narratives of these haunted wineries while Chef Nick dishes out some tasty, Halloween-themed small plates.
