6/17 California Prefixe Wine Dinner

Wednesday June 17th

Come into Urban Cellar on Wednesday June 17th for a Three Course Prefixe Dinner. We’ll be pouring wines from multiple Vineyards throughout California and tantalizing your tastebuds with your choice of these items:

Course 1: Urban Side Salad with Sherry Vinaigrette or Urban Chicken Chile Verde Soup

Course 2: Onion Ring Smothered Steak Sandwich with Mash Potatoes or Chicken Deburgo with Broccoli

Course 3: Cheesecake Bites with Berry and Chocolate Drizzle or Urban Cellar Chocolate Cake with Raspberry Sauce

Our Resident Somm, Kyle Foote, will be discussing the history and geographic importance of all of California’s varied wine regions, while Guest Somm Matt Sieren will be regaling us with tales of the history of the Varied Wineries on display here.
